Reef had a solid 2025. While we weren’t able to accomplish everything on the roadmap, much of it came down to team capacity; not a lack of knowledge or funding. Here we wrap up 2025 and what was accomplished. The slow and steady approach paid off as we had moments to think, reflect, and make important decisions without being rushed.

First, I want to thank the Web3Conf Enugu team for their hospitality and care. I was treated incredibly well, too well I think, always being sat in the most comfortable chair, having the best view available, team members trying to give up their spots for me, and so on.
