The Reef 2025 roadmap was published.
Extensive discussions occurred with multiple CEXs about supporting Reef Chain and listing REEF.
Contacted 14+ CEXs about transitioning to REEF-REEF.
~502MM REEF minted to support swaps with CEXs.
Token swaps were initiated with CEXs, including a ~15M REEF-REEF to CEX transaction, awaiting a REEF-ETH swap for burning.
Successfully facilitated REEF-ETH conversions, ensuring a smooth transition for partners and CEXs.
Updated the Reef website to reflect CEXs supporting Reef Chain.
Meetings with a new CEX for a potential listing, and a contract review are underway.
Continued efforts to push existing CEXs to migrate to Reef Chain.
Partnerships and NFT Initiatives

The Reef x True Stars partnership saw significant progress, with multiple Sqwid partnership NFTs minted and sold.
Final True Stars x Sqwid NFT was minted, concluding this successful collaboration.
Hosted 3 Spaces on Sqwid X with the emerging artists to engage the community, and a final Space with True Stars, Sqwid's NFT partner.
Development Updates

Orcanize development continued, with an admin console now available.
The MetaMask Snap process moved forward, finalizing publication criteria fulfillment.
Work continued on Reef’s mobile app, including bug fixes and developer hiring efforts.
Identified and started addressing a major bug in Reef Chain Wallet on Android.
Continued building a DevRel AI agent to enhance developer support.
Tested the Reef bridge on mainnet, advancing interoperability efforts.
Meetings held with developers for Reef’s Shopify app and mobile development.
The 1000 Nominator Challenge concluded successfully, with the winner receiving their reward.
Participated in Web3 Global Media and EikoZone X Spaces to engage the broader Web3 community.
Strategic Growth & Operations
In preparation for the launch of the bridge, built by @VIA_Labs, a small test mint of 1000 REEF was completed today.

Met with a BTC swapping platform team to explore native REEF-BTC swaps.
Made a milestone payment to VIA Labs, ensuring smooth project progress.
7 mobile developer interviews scheduled for the upcoming weeks.
Deployed a new testnet, designed to be more decentralized than ever before.
Added lilAI to Telegram to combat spam and scammers.
Looking Ahead
With the Reef roadmap now public, CEX partnerships expanding, and multiple development initiatives in progress, 2025 is shaping up to be a strong year. Key focus areas will include finalizing exchange transitions to Reef Chain, furthering app development, and continuing to enhance user and developer experiences.
