# Reef Signs MOU with NoahAI to Bring AI-Powered App Building to Web3

Reef has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with [NoahAI](https://trynoah.ai/) to build and deploy an AI-powered application builder purpose-built for Reef. This platform will allow anyone—developers and non-developers alike—to build full Web3 applications from idea to deployment.

What We're Building
-------------------

The platform will enable users to create complete Web3 applications on Reef chain, including:

*   **App structure and architecture** — AI-generated project scaffolding tailored for Web3
    
*   **Frontend UI** — Modern, responsive interfaces without writing a line of code
    
*   **Backend code and APIs** — Server-side logic and integrations handled automatically
    
*   **Smart contracts** — Gas-optimized contracts with security best practices baked in
    
*   **Contract deployment** — One-click deployment to Reef testnet or mainnet
