SubQuery Adds Support for Reef Chain in its Fast, Decentralized Indexer

Reef is happy to announce that SubQuery now supports Reef Chain!

SubQuery is a blockchain data indexing solution that allows developers to build, deploy, and query custom APIs for their decentralized applications (dApps). It provides a means to efficiently extract, process, and store on-chain data, making it accessible for various use cases such as analytics, reporting, and building features that require real-time blockchain data.

Reef Chain, the Substrate-based, EVM-compatible blockchain tailored for DeFi, NFT and gaming applications, is now supported by SubQuery! This adds flexibility for developers to use the tools they are already familiar with, making it easier than ever to index and query data from Reef Chain.

About Reef

REEF is a multi-purpose utility token in the Reef Chain ecosystem. It has a role in the governance of the network and can be staked, used to pay for fees on the network, and traded in the market of cryptocurrencies. REEF is also the centrepiece of the reward system on Reef Chain, with the token being issued to Validators and Nominators for operating the chain.

When it comes to the characteristics of the system, Reef Chain has Solidity support for Ethereum-based dApps, which means that users can transition to Reef without changing the base code of their decentralized applications.
