Reef Signs MOU with NoahAI to Bring AI-Powered App Building to Web3

Building on Reef is about to get a lot easier.

Reef has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NoahAI to build and deploy an AI-powered application builder purpose-built for Reef. This platform will allow anyone—developers and non-developers alike—to build full Web3 applications from idea to deployment.

What We're Building

The platform will enable users to create complete Web3 applications on Reef chain, including:

  • App structure and architecture — AI-generated project scaffolding tailored for Web3

  • Frontend UI — Modern, responsive interfaces without writing a line of code

  • Backend code and APIs — Server-side logic and integrations handled automatically

  • Smart contracts — Gas-optimized contracts with security best practices baked in

  • Contract deployment — One-click deployment to Reef testnet or mainnet

Beyond app creation, the platform will include:

  • Built-in CI/CD for Reef — Continuous integration and deployment workflows out of the box

  • Live preview before deployment — Test your app before it goes live

  • Automatic node configuration and hosting — No DevOps expertise required

  • Security-first smart contract development — Best practices enforced by default

The platform is coming soon to Reef. When it launches, every user will receive a small credit on their account—enough to build up to three apps—so anyone can start experimenting immediately.
